For millions of people around the world, finding a way to deal with these unprecedented stressors and limitations is much more easily said than done. For the foreseeable future, the days of going to the movies, going out to dinner, grabbing a pint at the bar, or catching a concert on a Friday night (just to name a few) are on pause. Most of us are still living in lockdown, unable to leave our homes or go out into public to do the things that we normally like to do. Hundreds of thousands of people are dying every day. As of the time of this writing the COVID 19 pandemic is still raging around the globe. These days, life seems to be filled with nothing but anxiety, uncertainty, and fear.
